I offer various consulting services with Microsoft Consulting to help businesses and organizations get the most value from their technology investments. Over the past few years, I've had the opportunity to build a business specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and BI - which eventually led to a Microsoft Gold Partnership. During those years, I focused on Dynamics Sales, Marketing, HR, Project Operations, Customer, Field Services - and BI, specifically Power BI and Azure.

SAP consulting is the advisory and support of companies in implementing and optimizing SAP software systems. My expertise within SAP is in BI & Analytics and Banking, which has been an extended part of my career. Thereby I have focused on SAP BW (on and 4 HANA), SAP BO, SAP SAC as well as SAP BA, and SAP AFI, as well as certified and thus have been able to help many large corporations in their strategic SAP projects.

Digitizing and scaling business processes is one of my core competencies when starting, growing, and scaling my own companies and clients. Business process digitization and scaling refer to using technology to automate and streamline various business processes, such as marketing, sales, and customer support. This can be achieved through various tools, such as CRM systems, project management software, and automation tools.
Management
Managing projects and teams are part of every project - especially in the new "digital days". As a certified project manager, requirements manager, and SCRUM master, I understand the necessity of this practice for any project - both traditional and agile. Building, growing, and leading digital teams - whether my teams or my clients' - is done digitally, which has given me the opportunity to develop methods for managing such digital teams. I can help build nearshoring teams or international recruiting teams.

As-Is-Analysis
Based on the inventory, we identify the current process-related, functional, and technological challenges. We clarify the question of the current system infrastructure - which Microsoft systems are in use, and which SAP systems? Which stakeholders are involved?

Target-Analysis
In the third step, we outline the "target picture" and discuss the question of the criteria for successful consulting support. Is there, for example, an architectural or a process-related target picture - or a KPI definition and achievement?

Project Methods
In the fourth step, we clarify the question of which project management is used - this significantly influences project control and the achievement of results. Is it a classic waterfall or a more agile model (SCRUM)? Is an IT system used for support - if so, which one?

Change and Communication Methodology
How may changes to requirements or other assumptions be recorded for clean change management? Which tool is used for this? This step clarifies the framework conditions for project stakeholder communication management - who should be allowed to communicate with whom and in what form.

Patrick McGibney
Over the last 15 years, I have supported countless companies in their digital transformations as a consultant and entrepreneur.

In addition to the consulting business, I co-founded an international group of companies, increased sales 15x within 6 years, and built globally-networked teams with more than 50 employees in over 4 countries.

Since 2022 I have been expanding my consulting and coaching concept. The focus is especially on my clients' current needs and technological challenges.
